Red Wattle Birdby jomariComment by ubique: I'd have preferred the slight movement blur. But that's not news: I like everything a little blurred. Or a lot. It's a lovely, interesting bird. Thank you. |

Check out the Cowby jomariComment by NikonJeb: Love it! This was done here in Harrisburg, PA a number of years ago and quite a few of them are still around. |

Collapseby jomariComment by Germaine: Wonderful undulations in the lilies. They are reminiscent of Georgia O'Keefe. |

Laterby jomariComment by insteps: Looks like a nice break. A terrific spot to take it all in. Your spring into summer is our fall into winter. |

Laterby jomariComment by Ecce_Signum: I like the way the handrail leads you into the image then the boardwalk takes you through it.
It took me a moment to spot the surfers, I wonder if the girls are waiting for their guys so start riding the waves? |

Laterby jomariComment by PenelopeK: Great catch, so much to enjoy ... the leading line provided by the railing, reinforced by the direction each woman is facing; the other railing jutting in to anchor the lower right area; the textures; the grayness of what appears seems to be an approaching rain storm; then the bare feet and the flip flops lined up below which some reason I find rather endearing!
On a completely different topic this caused me to look at a map to see how close Ballarat is to the coast, and where Torquay is, since for me that name is associated with Devon, England. That led me to the realization that I've never appreciated that Melbourne is located on a large bay. Thanks for the incentive to refresh my geography! Message edited by author 2018-11-18 14:54:26. |
