Damn, I really want to come for a visit. Love this and how cool that there was a reflective pool of something right there. Great tones. This has a wonderfully Steampunk look and feel to it and I think I could explore it for a very long time.

It reminds me of a passage in a 1970s book "Design For The Real World" where the author thinks about new approaches to painting: now we spray on paint and it looks good for a while and gradually looks worse and worse. What if we sprayed on a seeding of lichen, which might be ugly at first but would gradually look better and better ...
