Marion, how nostalgic it must be for you to look at this. I'm amazed at how much family history has evolved in this side challenge of images. It's like a tribute to our past, present and future. This is simply wonderful from the detail in the old doors to the amazing light seeping thru the cracks and openings, as if something bright and cheerful wants to flood the interior of this old shed. At least you have these memories to look back on.

This came out really nice! I love the sandstone textured look, it appears almost sketchlike and definitely enhances the rainfall. This also has somewhat of an oriental appearance.. must be the umbrellas. Nice play of darks and lights and the colors are very rich. Definitely do more like this!!

I can see why it is one of your favorites. The artistry of the photo is reason enough. I love the light and the beautiful processing. It turns an interesting scene to something quite extraordinary. But the significance of this particular photo and its timing make it even more special. Thanks for sharing your long-ago gem.
