The Widdle Bunnyby K3MasterComment by vlado: This is gorgeous. I didn't get around to voting on this one, but this would have been up there as one of my favourite portraits of the challenge. Expression is priceless. I don't mind the selective de-sat at all... works for me. What I'd have to pick on would be the crop that loses part of the bunny ear and part of her right arm. I think this might have done better had we not just had the "Candid" challenge... Very nice. Keep up the great work. |

The Widdle Bunnyby K3MasterComment by Melethia: I really like this - mostly for her expression, but what gives it added depth are the faces behind her. Just barely there, but there just the same. One distinctly male, one distinctly female - one can assume these are the bunny's proud parents. An engaging and delightfully different "family portrait" of a sort. My only nit (and you know this is coming) is the selective desat, but that's a personal preference - pure B&W would work just fine for me. But it's not my picture, now, is it? Nicely done. |

Now THAT's a Beer!by K3MasterComment by njsabs: YeaH...that IS a beer. Looks like you began to enjoy it. I find the laptop in the background a bit distracting. Overall, nice image.....good clarity on those beer bubbles. |

Now THAT's a Beer!by K3MasterComment by Teafran: On a third viewing, this reviewer can't quite explain why this image has such appeal, but it does. There's nothing out of place, the effect of the tans and browns are very pleasing, the glass is properly in place and appropriately offset, the bokeh isn't over done being just vague enough to show details - everything seems just right for some reason, yet this reviewer is uneasy rating it as high as allowed. That being said, there is nothing for it but to commit to a high score, but not quite as high as a perfect 10 - well done. |
