Slightly over done highlights do not seriously impact this image in a negative way. While not a complete technical success, it is as close as it comes with rich color and detail. From an artistic standpoint, it works well even though river side reflection night imagery seems to be a fairly common concept in these challenges. A very nice image that should place well.

I really like this...but I have a couple of questions...the trees seem to have lost their individual leaf look and seem to be "clumped" together...it that from to much contrast? and second...I see this often...why are the lights at the top of the buildings so "hazed"...I like the composition alot but was just wondering about those 2 things...

This is very nice, it has good DOF and interesting colors. But, there appears to be some pixellation in the sky above the clouds. And the treeline seems a little sharp which may have been a result of selecting the sky area to process independent of the foreground. I like the effect you were after, I'm wondering if it could have been achieved differently.
