I don't know if I'd say the eyes were way overwhitened. It's a high-key image. So you'd expect them to be whiter...
Nice image anyway. I like the processing. Very nice high-key work. Black and white suits this very well.

i was going to do the same thing but ran out of time
i must say, you executed it almost perfectly

the only minor complaint i would have is that the little part of the finger you can see is somewhat distracting
If i was in your position, I would either crop it to not include the finger at all, or have a larger portion of it visible

on the other hand, I absolutely love the shallow dof and the fact that you took the shot in a tilted fashion

I don't have time to vote, but I truly hope you get at least top 3
