There isn't much here to hold a viewer's attention. Clocks are very common, and there isn't anything special about this view of one. The scratches and smudges are non-descript and the time 3:00:45 has no particular significance outside the challenge.

Composition nice. Nice timing (No pun intended)for the right angles. Needs a little bit more contrast to much gray. I think it would be nice if the face was white.

very nice comp, the exposure is on the verge of blow out....might try a polarizer or some other filter to tone it down. and make the colors richer.
