It's interesting. This is a devious example of dealing with "7" as a concept, but the challenge asked us to show 7 of the main subject, and even IF you call the panes of glass the "subject" you have 49 of 'em, so at a fundamental level this isn't meeting the challenge, or doing so only very obliquely.

Nevertheless, it's a fine image and I'm giving you a respectable score.

I find this take on '7' appealing. A warehouse style window fits with the downtown scene and the crane cutting the top right adds interest and there's a nice balance to the shot.
