Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment by Dave Gordon: Very ironic. I think this shot would have benefitted from greater depth of field, or a main focus on the word barbell if that was not possible. |

Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment by coolhar: the texture of rust makes great photos but your limited DOF didn't get enough of it here, good on the irony part |

Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment by pcody: Simple and effective and I like the limited dof. MIght have been better to focus on the word barbell, but the way it is suggests casualness and that is why the weight is rusted in the first place. 9 |

Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment by Artifacts: Good technical quality. The rusted barbell weight makes a good subject. Your use of DOF is common with this type of closeup, though I generally don't prefer the center focused variety like this. Putting the exact center of the barbell hole exactly at the upper left corner might add a touch to this very nice shot. |

Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment by kiwiness: Good macro with a very very shallow DOF. The main focal point is only about a centimeter wide. Nice effect.. |
