I love the green water. Not an algae green but a tropical green...or an oil slick. I like the sharpness in the people and trees. Maybe it's my imagination but it looks like the Leaning Tower of Washington. Yeah, it looks like you straightened it based on the left side of the Monument. Taken from the Lincoln Memorial steps with the Capital in the distance I believe.

Great combination of filters! You've got a lot of detail in the statues while maintaining a velvety smooth sky, which is beautiful. I love the limited color palette of silvery blue, with the touch of pink in the corner -- cherry blossoms? Well done!
