THe problem here isn't the subject but more a case of the background, if you had taken this in a better setting then it would of worked far better.. but it was obviously taken in your study or lounge and just kinda make it too snap shotty.

Real nice image. I like how well the craters show here. You get a little different angle to shoot than I do here. It makes it that much more interesting.

The unique POV and the colors give the photograph its appeal. The shapes and lines are interesting but could be more interesting if they were more in harmony with the frame. In other words, having the lines straight and perpendicular to the frame or more diagonal than you have it would give the composition more of a wow feeling.
