The unique POV and the colors give the photograph its appeal. The shapes and lines are interesting but could be more interesting if they were more in harmony with the frame. In other words, having the lines straight and perpendicular to the frame or more diagonal than you have it would give the composition more of a wow feeling.

a very unique perspective, this shot reminds me of lego blocks, just the colors and how vibrant they are.
i like the composition, not one that you see every day. nicely done!
