I just came home for school (electrical) guess who was there to greet me. I had to lighten it very much to get what little features that are showing to stand out. I don't think I could have went much more.

Nice smile, and I get the feeling that she's a painter or the cotton has some special meaning. Just a suggestion, but I would take out a couple of the items on the right to keep the focal point on your main subject.
