We don't have grackles here, but he looks rather crow-like. His colours are different though. Love the sheeny blue-green-purple of his head.

underexposed image, and an overexposed subject. (even though my sister is a survivor I am really tired of seeing breast cancer stuff. it is so overdone. A great cause to be sure, but now more of a commercial enterprise. Did you know that there is more money donated to breast cancer alone then all male specific illnesses combined?)

it is in good focus though so I will give it a 5.

I never called them grackels. My husband does. We just called them crows of blackbirds. I like how his head is blue.
