midhurst 3-June.jpgby wehrmacherComment by wehrmacher: Well, I guess I have been given my marching orders: clone out the red signs.
I really appreciate all the kind words about my efforts. It means a lot to me coming from such talented artists.

midhurst 3-June.jpgby wehrmacherComment by sfalice: Yes indeed. VERY nice cloning work here. But I'm with Ann
If you lose the red signs and maybe that black pole, you'd take this lovely
image right back to historical times. |

paralax addressed.jpgby wehrmacherComment by TCGuru: You did a nice job of widening the shot. Something was bugging me as I flipped b&f between the two and I noticed that there is a shadow on the topmost petal, but no shadow on the BG anywhere. Didn't know if you noticed :) You have a little haloing around the flowers too. I would like to see your processing steps :) |

midhurst 3-June.jpgby wehrmacherComment by Ann: Holy cow! Nice work. You should write a cloning tutorial. A question though. While you were at it, why didn't you remove the red signs? |

paralax addressed.jpgby wehrmacherComment by MelonMusketeer: This was a good job of widening the image to improve composition. I would not have thought about doing that, except possibly with a very important image.
I like flower shots, and this is a very good one with the way the light presents the colors in the orchids. |
