Baby Beeby KoriyamaComment by Everyday Renee: This is soooooo precious! This is the sweetest little baby. Very, very well done. I hope you rank in the top 3. I love the lighting, the angle you captured of her face, the clarity, the color -- everything! I specifically love the fact that you can see the light in her eyes. You get the sense she is looking out a window or something. 10 |

Baby Beeby KoriyamaComment by justine: How petite she is. I think the light has a little green tint...or I should say on my monitor. Maybe an eye level shot would be best for little ones. |

Baby Beeby KoriyamaComment by hughletheren: Very artistic tight crop, produces a very pleasing composition, lovely use of DoF to provide focus of attention. |

Spirit of Hamleinby KoriyamaComment by tarique: Hi Jim,
I know you would not be happy with the results - specially given that a photochopped image won, I am not happy either :( but thats the way it works.
I like the concept of your photograph very much, but would have liked if the spotlight was a we bit off center. The cloth adds to the effect of the photo
Cheers

Spirit of Hamleinby KoriyamaComment by blindjustice: isn't it "Hamelin"- anyway, very interesting shot- it could also be entitled " snake charmer's apprentice" I like the texture adn the center blow out. Way to keep those blacks black too, instead of brownish. Perhaps shoot the shot slightly from above. |
