White Palmby fldaveComment by xianart: this is a lovely image, but i'm afraid it's not really a high contrast image. high contrast has a limited tonal range of high and low tones, with very few intermediate tones. the ultimate high contrast is pure black and white, no greys. the more greys or intermediate tones, the less high contrast it is. |

White Palmby fldaveComment by Citadel: Brightening the whites a bit would have added even more contrast. Beyond that its a cool shot. |

Mystery Dogby fldaveComment by togtog: Heh, our dog wouldn't stand for that. I wonder if he is a good mystery dog that fights crime, or a bad mystery dog that steals sausages. |

Mystery Dogby fldaveComment by L2: Perhaps next time you could consider having the dog in motion or some other way to tell the "mystery dog" story. Yeah, you're in focus and the technicals are done fairly well with regard to the "rules" but there is nothing super captivating about this on an emotional level. |

Mystery Dogby fldaveComment by 1m1A: Ah mystery dog... good luck! You and I have been called out on forums for having dogs AND DNMC. To offset those DNMC hardliners I will give you a 10 :) |
