Deducting pointage for Japanese parts on an Italian frame. Unless it's actually a Japanese made Bianchi frame. Then you get extra points for being ironic and all matchy-matchy. Campy parts on a Japanese frame would get a 10 for the improvement. But last I knew, Suntour isn't an Italian make. Or rather, WASN'T, since they went out of business quite a few years back.

I'm so confused.
