OH YES!! I wish my big mama prayer would come back! She was HUGE (around 6 inches long)! This looks like a male though. They are oftentimes smaller and brown in colour like this one :) This is a great angle for a praying mantis and I can't believe you caught it eating :) I am curious to know if it flew for you afterward... that is quite a site!

interesting shot, and impressive for basic editing. the faucet moving up and out of the frame doesn't work for me compositionally, and I wish the sunflower in the water droplet was more in focus or less distorted to make it more of a contrast with the blurred background. - 6

First: It's delicious! Second: The line of the upper pepper seems to compete with the pear's direction and the yellow pepper stem - I wish the pear was more to the right because my eye remains at that intersection, while there is so much more to look at. The stem of the grapes lead me into tho photo, but that intersection stops me from looking at the whole photograph. Still a great photo 9 - you should see mine UGH!
