Something to Hold On Toby banmornComment by Bruce_the_Robert: Great take on the challenge, and good use of black and white. With just the hand and foot showing, gives the image an even bleaker appearance to the whole thing. I'm always sad, but pragmatic when I see these images, as they tug at all the heart strings. Yours works in that way, and that's a good thing, IMHO. 9. |

Eye on Daliby banmornComment by banmorn: Originally posted by Jedusi: Wonderfully surreal shot. Nicely done.
The only thing I would change (and I'm sure it's just me) is to remove the ribbon/flower from the dogs hair as I find it too distracting.
Otherwise great looking dog, tremendous set of steps. |
Sorry about the bow, Steve....it is unfortunately a fixture...well not the same one but Dali (the dog as opposed to the surrealist) literally will not go out without one! Guess they are/were both kind of eccentric! LOL! But...we have plans to try this again at the Franklin Institute with King Tut....I will see what I can do. Homeless in Shadows of Familyby banmornComment by sherpet: This is kind of sad in a way, and also evokes emotions in me, but in saying that, that is good, as it helps me to understand what is happening in this very strong emotive image..... This is excellent..... |
