IMG_2160resize.jpgby XMountaineerComment by slaakso: I love the view but I wish it were springtime and the grass and trees were green. Looks like the plastic bottle would have to go as well, so much for authenticity. lol! quietly to himself. This is an amazing vantage point to take such a grand vista and I like the landscape in portrait mode, it really gives the sense of the vast countryside and mountains. |

Railsby XMountaineerComment by Yo_Spiff: I really like the perspective view here. Three nitpicks though.
1) colors need bumping up a little for impact, probably with a curves adjust would do nicely.
2) the skew needs to be a little more, so that it is obvious that it is intended, or straightened out.
3) crop a little more out of the sky, so that the horizon and subject are not so centered. |

Paisleyby XMountaineerComment by suemack: She's very cute!!! The white balance seems to be a little off on my monitor ......... pinkish tones on the background and pup. |

Paisleyby XMountaineerComment by Dirt_Diver: I think this is more of a snap shot pose rather than something you set up. The lighting is a little off and the image is a bit under exposed. You have a pretty dog but with the use of unsharp mask you could have brought out some of those natural details. Also when you're looking thru the view finder make sure there is nothing in your BG that would distract your photos. There is a small shadow on the far left side that is leaking on to your image.
Good luck to you. |
