Nice catch. The colors are interesting, providing a gritty feel. I wish the contrast wasn't so high in his face, but overall a good shot. A stretch for a "waiting" challenge, maybe, but still a really good and visually interesting shot.

You snapped at the perfect time. Composition is nice - just enough of the landing board to be a great lead in. Exposure is good - but the bald white sky doesn't help a bit. Waiting is subtle.
