A World Discoveredby ImagineerComment by magnon: I don't think the kid should face into the scene. He looks like saying "Hey Daddy! Look at what I found!"
It adds to the image in my opinion. |

Murano Through and Throughby ImagineerComment by samtrundle: This is astoundingly bizarre (and hard as it may be to believe I mean that in a good way :P). Looks almost like a composite shot - as if some photoshop guru has come along and merged one of yurasocolov's abstracts (//www.dpchallenge.com/portfolio.php?USER_ID=27293&collection_id=4655) with a dpc-standard-waterdrop image. The end result is (almost surprisingly) pretty DAMN cool. |

Skin Tonesby ImagineerComment by e301: The 'peeling' bark is an entirely natural phenomenon, for those that don't know - it's part of an overall process of air scrubbing, really - particles of various pollutants are isolated in sections of bark, which the tree then sheds. The many plane trees in London are sometimes referred to as the city's lungs. Glad this shot was yours Jon - highly underrated. |
