You have shown just enough to tell the story. Big accordion, small shouldered man, getting on, clothes may soon be too big for him, singing intensely. What is he singing? An old song. How old? Who listens to these songs? Nostalgic for what times in (modern?) Greece? There, you've got me going.

The harsh shadows and high contrast really make this work for me. The framing/crop suggests that he is secondary to, or an extension of perhaps, his instrument. Nice job!

Nice Image - Great lighting and nice tones. Think I would have cropped the top of the frame some more though to concentrate our eye onto the builders etc as all that white wall is a little distracting.
