The message is clear so it meets the challenge, but it needs something more to hold interest -- somebody holding a handful of them, for instance. Also, the lighting needs work.

But only if the store doesn't go bankrupt, a risk in these troubled times. Diagonal ceiling lights well placed. Tilt of the rack and uneven lighting (as though from a small flash) detract - maybe a small diffuser might have helped.

I don't think the flash / light source has helped this image particularly, it has resulted in a single lit strip along what appears to be a very richly coloured candle. What might have helped here would be to use a long exposure with just a reflector or low level fill flash to bring out the candles colours.
