When I first viewed this on my work monitor (lunch break, honest) I decided not to vote, but to look again on my calibrated home monitor. I still find myself conflicted. What I love - the sense of mystery, of another world, and the way it could come from any era; I especially love the mysterious, possibly nefarious figure on the bridge - fascinating. What I am not so keen on - the large area of black that carries no detail the I can discern. Nonetheless, a 7 from me.
