OAK OF AGESby melissamp99Comment by vawendy: Very nice tree; it has lots of character. however, I wish the tree fit in the frame. It gives the impression that you couldn't move back any farther (or zoom out), and that it just didn't fit. I'd either crop more or less. |

LOVE by melissamp99Comment by dahkota: The composition in this image is lacking and I don't care for the heaviness of the hues and contrast. However, the message is a strong one that works. |

LOVE by melissamp99Comment by Blue Moon: A very important photograph, it's an interesting moment in time captured well. Technically it is not the best photo in this challenge because of the harsh light, etc. that comes with taking candids. Apart from that though, I give you extra points for posting this. I was considering these for my entry but another one won out.
Good luck! |

LOVE by melissamp99Comment by Lydia: Too contrasty for my taste...You've lost some detail (like in the back pack) that should be there, I fear. And I would have liked to have seen their feet or less of their legs.. cropped at the ankles (or any joint) is a no-no, I think. |
