wildthingdeer.jpgby icu1965Comment by MaryO: Tons of flooding all over the US; interesting to see an animal dealing with it. Looks like she was still walking but very close to having to swim. Must be scary for your average land mammal to have to figure out how to deal with all the water suddenly in the fields and woods. |

You might want to rotate the picture a little bit to 'straighten the horizon' as it were :- ) |

wildthing5.jpgby icu1965Comment by MaryO: Looks big, but there's not anything else in the photo to show how big. Would kind of like to see more of its face; those "whiskers" always intrigue me. |

wildthings2.jpgby icu1965Comment by JuliBoc: Nice shot of Spring. I think if this was my photo, I would lighten it a bit with a levels adjustment, and I would try boosting the yellow a little -- either by a color balance adjustment or by increasing the yellow saturation. I think that would increase the vibrancy. Another possibility would be to try a curves adjustment in luminosity mode. |

wildthings3.jpgby icu1965Comment by JuliBoc: This looks like a flood with no land in sight, just a bit of a branch sticking up as a brief refuge for the birds. I like the streaks in the water as a background for the bird silhouettes. |
