Me... Yo.... Jeby AlexysComment by breezy: Nice and simple. I would suggest to make it more interesting that you sit off center of the camera. |

Copy of a staplerby AlexysComment by dsidwell: Intriguing light. It's fun to see a unique light source being used! The composition works for me, too. The stapler doesn't seem very sharply focused, though, and this detracts a tad from this lovely and inventive idea. |

Copy of a staplerby AlexysComment by qachyk: This really does nothing for me, I'm afraid. I think I'd rather have seen the copier in action with paper or something more unusual (coffee mug? a kitten? yes, I'm weird) on top of it... eh. |

Home, sweet little homeby AlexysComment by OneSweetSin: *Critique Club*
Nice looking dollhouse, a lot of time put into it to have the lights even, wow!
It does in its own way meet the challege of home sweet home. Your detail is pretty good the only real distraction I see is the glare from probably your flash in the "chest of drawers" in the room on the top left.
It is an interesting image keep on participaing and improving =o)

Copy of a staplerby AlexysComment by CLarson557: I think the green hue really distracts in this shot. I understand that the stapler is sitting on an open copier, but why? The two things really don't seem to go together. |

Farolaby AlexysComment by mcmurma: I like this composition. And if the lamp post was rotated to make it more vertical, I would like it even better. It's not a big deal, but it would make it a bit stronger. (If you do rotate it to vertical, I would leave it off-center in the frame!)
Also, I like that you got a great exposure for being under a canopy of trees, lots of detail and texture. There is some blooming in the brighter spots and this is a minor distraction with the shot being in color. Perhaps if it were converted to a B&W or duotone type of shot the blooming would detract even less and add more to the mood. |
