Definitely a good sunburst, with the sun partially hidden to create the desired effect. I like the fence, and how it is lit. But the bottom right as it stands lacks interest. I'm curious how the picture would look with the sunburst and the fence closer together as the main elements in the picture.

The bird seems to be on the edge of sharpness. Sharpness looks to be mainly behind the bird. The scene could do with some cropping to remove some distracting branches.

I really like your picture because it is beautifully uncomplicated and yet there is a lot to see. It is fun to look at the different but consistent shapes of the bottles and then you make the hole image pop with the inconsistent colorful flower and then pull it all together by matching the one blue bottle with the flower. A truly artistic approach!
