A bit oversharpened in the water... I'd have masked that off to make the water smooth and the bird and fish sharp.

It's a pretty scene, but IMO, the composition is a little off. That 1/2 wreath to the left should be removed to finish it. This could be done with a little cropping and a little cloning. I have the feeling you wanted to get the whole marquee in there which would be good, except for the divisions it created. Then, the lower curb is slightly tilted. Just enough to throw off a viewer who's trying to appreciate all those gorgeous colors you found.
Lovely blues in there.
