Fringesby androgeusComment by AbeSapien2: The backlight illuminates the delicate edgings of this autumn leaf quite beautifully and brings out the holes and vein patterns. The green background sharpens focus on the subject yet it also reminds that summer was not so long ago really and that changes can come swiftly. I like the central placement which allows the stem stalk to echo and branch out like the original tree. |

Fringesby androgeusComment by one2one: No idea how big or small this is. This could be either 6ft or 1/4 inch long.
It's a beautiful image that was very well captured. |

Low Key Studyby androgeusComment by Dr.Confuser: An absolutely superb still life of pear!!!!! Lighting is spectacular. Processing and presentation, too. An elegantly simple image among best of show. |

Top of the Hillby androgeusComment by Fredster: Wonderfully shaped tree set off against an equally stunning sunset sky. The detail and glow of light in the foreground is very nice too.9 |

Top of the Hillby androgeusComment by Blackbox: It's an excellent photo for sure. I feel the subject matter is more focused on the Tree rather then the 'Landscape'. Still, I think it deserves at least a 9. |

A Special Giftby androgeusComment by androgeus: Originally posted by nutzito: dumb question: is this legal? wouldn't it be a photograph mainly consisting of preexisting digital art?
please don't take me wrong. nothing against the image , btw I like it!..... but this kind of entries just make me feel dumber since I do not understand the extent of the rule about pre-existing art. |
I am flattered that you call "digital art" this random computer generated figure , created by myself especially for this challenge . It is not pre-existing art. Nevertheless , I was not able to find the paragraph you refered to. |
