wonderingby MaggyeComment by wehrmacher: I like this shot. It looks candid and in such cases you take what you get. I like her "perplexed" expression. Great depth of field. Her cheeks did blow out a bit, but it would spoil the moment to go up and mop her brow. ;-) |

Under the spotlightby MaggyeComment by Germaine: From the position of the boy's hand, it looks as if the metallic thingies (the lamps) are shooting out from his finger. I like the geometry of the square shadow on the wall, too. I wonder what this would be like in b&w.

Under the spotlightby MaggyeComment by aplomb76: From the thumbnail, I thought they were dozens of guns on display. It is a fantastic composition. I think the lighting is a little distracting. I would think about going back there at another time of day to get better lighting. |

Stop taking my pictureby MaggyeComment by Melethia: Noise in your camera remains quite low up to about ISO 800, so feel free to crank that ISO up if you have to. That said, noise in street shooting is actually a kind of neat feature at times. Fear it not! (This advice does not necessarily hold for good scores on DPC, however.) |
