Ladybird trekby hawkidaComment by mbardeen: Greets from the Critique Club:
Hi Max,
I like this shot for the texture of your t-shirt. The play of the light makes this shot interesting. I would have liked to see better focus on the ladybird (bloody amerocentric voters) and perhaps, the ladybird pointed up into the picture. I think this would have given more impact to your title.
Good job and good luck in future challenges!

Read all about itby hawkidaComment by wewillexplore: Interesting twosome to be having a chat. I think that the crop is a bit too tight and I wish i could read the "Hit and Run Victim's Anguish at....." WHAT?! :) |

Read all about itby hawkidaComment by dsidwell: Nice candid. The expression on the man's face is very engaging! Lighting seems a bit harsh, but nice composition and cropping. |

Farmingby hawkidaComment by Paulk: I like the composition I would have been tempted to increase the contrast to make it more dramatic |

Hatby hawkidaComment by mci: a very dull image, both in tonal range/contrast and in subject. 4. |

Hatby hawkidaComment by dsidwell: In this image, I see a hat, but I'm not sure what I"m supposed to think after this. It's just a hat in a dark shot with little emotive quality. Perhaps a different point of view would help add to the drama or enhance the mood. I do like how you've used light to give shape to the hat in very subtle ways. |

Farmingby hawkidaComment by ChrisW123: Good job on the sepia toning, that with the relatively square (and smaller size) of the shot really makes it look like and old picture. Great job! 8. |
