I love the different take on a dutone - I presume a ready made one, or maybe you added the red/orange? The composition is nicely unbalanced rather than giving in to all that symmetry and order in the building. A good graphic image and a topical title :)

The cement support has brighter tones than the workers, and thus draws the eye directly to it. Since it's not the main subject, nor very interesting, this takes away from the essence of the image. Perhaps a tighter crop would have been better.

A tad bit grainy to me (or my monitor anyway) but still very nice and the grain, intentional or not, works well with the photo.

Two things that make this more interesting than at first glance: the car appearing that it could be driving off the edge in a second because the bridge looks unfinished and the guy's trousers seeming attached to the line that runs along the column at bottom
