Thanks for an interesting perspective on it. I removed the person in my reedit, because I wanted the interesting tree trunks to be the subject and not the person. I felt he drew attention away from where I wanted it. |

I'm glad I not the only one who saw the trees as giant legs - but I will go further because I looked at the thumbnail and instantly thought of the pair of giant legs that walks by on the screen in Star Wars: A New Hope ( when Ben and Luke are in Mos Eisley ...I think after he sells his landspeeder to be specific). The tree 'legs' really stand out more in the B/W version (as well as some great textures). If there is ever another "Frame" challenge this would be a prime site to return to. |

Stockyards viewby Yo_SpiffComment by dahlin: A perfect choice of pp for this shot. It has such an early 1900s photo feel.
I think the city in the distance is what makes the shot. That in combination with the processing creates the unique interest. |
