The perspective here as awesome.. I do like the horizontal crop better although personally I would've tightened the crop a bit more.

I can't tell if I like the color version or the sepia version better. They are both nice but in different ways.

I commend you for going for a bit of a different perspective than the typical. Generally speaking, I really like the plants in the front and Like how well the black and white tones work. However, I can't help but wonder if maybe it would've been nicer to see a little bit more building and a little less plant. Or maybe even seen a little more sky (if the clouds are cooperating and looking interesting) just so that the viewer doesn't get lost in a sea of plants.

I still find this to be a really nice image though so don't be discouraged by my comment. :)
