Yeah, the framing within the framing is great. I'm so glad you had the explanation of why it was the spider yard. They don't necessarily scare me but I don't pursue them either.

your gout sounds like the pits .. i cant imagine how you'd be feeling with constant pain .. have you gone the complementary medicine route? .. like acupuncture or something .. if there are any reiki practioners near where you live i'd be totally recommending that form of treatment ..
