This is very unique image. The lighting must have been a big challenge. Lighting I can't control always seems like a crap shoot, even though I try to edit it or work with what I get, I always seem to find it's never what I expected when I shot the photo. I especially like the perspective and dimension of the balloons in relationship to the balconies. It not only meets your challenge but is pleasing to the artistic eye. Please accept my Bravo! Well thought out and great capture!

Very serene! I love the reflection and the snow. It's snowing like crazy here at the moment, but it seems like it never sticks to the trees long enough to get cool shots like this.

Nice shot, but like many a landscape shot I've looked at in this challenge, I think the editing is a bit over the top. The reflection of the clouds, which I'm sure was really nice, have taken on a sort of plastic look, as have the clouds themselves, all of which I believe is a result of the editing process.
