This works so well on so many levels! Wonderful contrast and tonality. The soft focus from the slight motion of the branch is quite appealing - especially when combined with the background bokeh which is even softer. And, even with the softness, the detail is amazing. The diagonal flow from left to right keeps my eye moving through the frame. Very well seen and photographed, Amanda.

Nice job isolating the bud from the background. I think the crop is fine. It looks like the bud is about to burst - a sure sign of spring.

Nice processing (Lucis?) to bring out the details in the girls. That look on Cartesia's priceless because of her fear of going over the bridge.

You did a great job here of creating something calming and serene. The soft colors are simply fantastic and fit the scene perfectly. The gulls are a nice touch, but I wouldn't have burned them so much. :P

For those wondering the gulls were not burned.
