I am assuming this is a very real image...I find this quite difficult to look at to be honest and dont feel, if this man is really fighting for his life, that it should be shared with the world. Sorry. Are you related to the person? Or maybe you work as a paramedic? I will come back to this image after voting to read your comments.

Fine job on the photo--Feels fairly heavy on the processing but the processings also gives it a gritty, smoky feel. Not sure there is anything I could suggest to improve. Maybe one thing... Did you try cropping off the top 1" or so? I'm not sure it adds to the photo, at least in the context of this particular challenge.

pretty sweet, you can almost smell the wood in this room, from the walls to the guitars.makes you wonder if there is a wood stove burning somewhere off camera.

Very stunning!!!! Love the colors of the dark & moody sky and the the color hues of the rich desert floor. The mountains rise up out of the desert to touch the sky but they also capture our attention. Beautiful capture of this mesmerizing landscape. Well done!
