Beautiful night shot. Reminds me of when the UT Longhorns win. They light the tower orange and if we make the National Championship (which is quite probable this year), they do a "1" just like they did the GO SOX here.

Nice composition. Your have two problems here that I see at first glance. Not enough detail in the mouth and nose areas they are just too washed out and flat. Second problem I am seeing is the focus on the rhinestones nearest the camera. You apparently used to shallow of a dof here.

You did well meeting the challenge and I personally like this. Hope to see more from you in the future.

Where do I start on this. First I will say I like the overall composition of the photo and can see a few areas to improve in post processing.

Although you obviously were going for an aged appearance the pink in the sky is just not working.

As mentioned in the comments by someone else the border is too much. You lost to much of your work to your border and feathered edge.

You do seem to have photographed this church at just the right time of day. The structure is well defined and shadows a minimum.

As for meeting the challenge no question there it's obviously well met. Nice amount of grain for the look you were going for.

Overall I do like this photo its just the little minor things that would help.

Great catch, I was coming into town monday night and saw this and wished I could have taken a pictures from somewhere. I know where I'd like to take it from but have no idea how to get out there. Great image.
