Hi Brenquig...

This is an excellent photo... I love the warm feeling of the sunset... excellent job on exposing this to highlight the moment.

The boat is a really nice element in the way you have integrated it with the sunset. I'm a little disappointed that this photo didn't score better than it did.

Compositionally, I think there possibly were some alternative opportunities to make it stronger... Obviously, I dunno what exists outside this frame, but first of all, I think there is a little too much empty space at the bottom of the frame... I think the boat is running a line too close to the center of the frame for my own personal taste. A simple crop seems to make that disappear and create a slightly stronger image for me.

Excellent work and I look forward to seeing more :)

Nice color and I like the texture in the water. I love how the sun is off-centered. The picture does seem a bit dark (try bumping up the gamma) Nicely done.

this feels to me more a picture about sunsets, rather than a picture about transport. A viewers attention should be drawn to the boat more than the sunset, prehaps by getting closer to the boat, and shooting from a lower angle so as to try and create a silhouette of the boat against the sun.

I think this could be better if it was a bit sharper..... plus it appears that your horizon line is leaning slightly to the left....
