Entry areaby bob350Comment by Germaine: Hmmmm. I think I might have pulled back on the grain a tad, but it's an interesting composition, and I really like that round shadow. Might be fun to try this ini B&W. |

Entry areaby bob350Comment by scooter97: I like the theme you have with the 3 objects. My first thought when I looked at this was 'why is there so much noise when there is that much light'. Now I know! Question: why isn't the grain apparent over the bright areas? |

Copper mine in the morningby bob350Comment by L1: What beautiful light! I have never been to Salt Lake City but it's on my short list. This is a beautiful moment in time, pocket camera not withstanding. I use mine all the time to grab the quick moments that would be missed if I had to run for the "big gun." Lovely! |

Copper mine in the morningby bob350Comment by MelonMusketeer: This is interesting to me because I saw it and wondered what it was when I flew into Salt Lake City last summer.
I also like the light that you had for this shot. I keep my P&S handy at all times too. |

Ramping Upby bob350Comment by Melethia: That's very elaborate for a pedestrian/bike bridge! I'll try to get a shot of one of the "overpasses" they have here to cross a train track. It's a rather tight spiral on both sides - this seems like it would be a lot easier. |
