This looks really similar to where I live (Colorado). These shots are really neat, but insanely difficult to keep your foreground illuminated without totally blowing out the skies. You did a good job keeping your clouds from getting blown out, but I would prefer if the foreground had a bit more of an adjustment from curves.

I really enjoy rays of sun shining like that in pics, and the mountains look great. It feels a little squished to me, like the ground and the clouds are going to merge. I'd like more space between the dark foreground and teh dark clouds.
