ohhh those white plastic bags..they are everywhere and I hate them, but that is not relevant to judge the merits of the photo.
good focus, and exposure despite the inevitable blown outs on the plastic bags.
Composition could be much better withe the same lens yiou used, or even better with a wider lens and a closer approach. I will give you a 5
