Just looking around your photos.
I wasn't really focusing on the tilt of the horizon because there's better things to notice! Anyway, love the simpleness of the photo and the exposure, focus and color are all amazing.

as whole, the picture is pretty, but i agree that the water dominated too much of the photo and wasn't strong enough of an element to carry that much real estate in your photo. maybe a balance of 1/3 water, 1/3 buildings, and 1/3 sky? i also didn't feel the connection to "lines" was strong enough in your photo.

I gave you a 4. I start the score at 3 and then I look for reasons to increase the score. I gave you one point because I liked the softness and subtlety of your "lines of light" as both reflections and in the windows
