Cute shot, and a very cute little girl!

The catchlights are nice, and the color is bright and vivid. Her expression is adorable. Very nice work.

I think the lighting seems a bit harsh - maybe some light dodging above the eyes would reduce this appearance. If those little spots around her mouth are food stains, I might have cloned them out. If they're freckles - I'd leave them in. =) It might have also looked great as a duotone, but it's hard to desaturate those beautiful eyes.

Finally, my eye seems a bit distracted by the out of focus pacifier. It might also have been nice to see more of her cute curls. So to this end, maybe a small aperture would have been good.

Overall, nice work! Probably not a contest winner, but a superb photo to share with the family.

This has great potential. Her eyes are outstanding but the pacifier and the busy words on the hat kind of kill it for me. What I'd have done is crop it really tight, to include the band of her hat,eyes,nose and even part of the pacifier, but really a close up. Those blue peepers are incredible.

Yeah, that would be. Like drawing in the air. I like the stark, graphic look, but I think the image needs to be cleaner and sharper to really work, because of its graphic characther. ~6
