Great portrait of this young woman. Lighting is great showing off some beautiful red tones in that lovely hair. Her eyes are stunning too and the great lighting just allows them to shine. I do have some small critiques (ah, man she just had to go spoil a great commentary with criticism:-) ) First, her head is chopped - it would be much better to have the full head shot aesthetically and professionally. Next is that I think it would add more visual interest if you composed the crop to include her full folded arms all the way out to the elbows. Why? Because then you get the full body expression AND a nice subtle triangle shape of the body.
