we have the point system here, too. i don't know if the points are double in those zones, though, i'm a good girl. they put those up where there is construction to try and prevent workers from being killed or injured.

Oh my goodness this makes me giggle! I'm curious though, has it ever gotten loose in high winds and acrobated across the road? Happened once here with a giant snowman.
