Awesome shot Dwayne! Dang that looks cold. THe little shack on the side is really cool and gives you a feel for how large that fall is. I'm sure you had a great time but are happy to be back home in the land of warm.

This image caught my attention. A landscape which tells a story.

The freezing ice in the foreground, a fall, a house (makes me curious as to what is inside there) and light shining on the tree - all make it a very wholesome picture.

I love waterfalls and this one is exceptional, in particular the detail in the frozen elements. The soft colors are really nice and your exposure was perfect for this capture.

To make more impact with this shot, try cropping the top off. Remove all the distractions at the top, and you'll see that just having the one house at the bottom really pops and makes a world of difference in the composition.

No shot data but it looks like you used a slow enough shutter speed to capture movement of the water yet you did not blow out the background as the building is still well lit.
